I have built and continue to direct an internal creative team for the nation's fastest-growing franchise development group. My team creates dynamic, experiential brands and develops the marketing, advertising, and communication materials necessary to ensure their rapid growth. Our work spans all communication channels including, brand development, print, interactive, social, in-store, OOH, environmental, CRM, and packaging.


CycleBar Franchising, LLC • Aug 2015–Present

I lead an internal creative team of writers, designers, and developers who are responsible for all external marketing and advertising communications for the world’s largest network of indoor cycling studios.

I taught, nurtured, inspired, and spearheaded a team of 25 creatives who produced smart, strategic, and business-results-driven communication for the largest client in our agency network. We created inspiring ideas, brand stories, and experiences that enticed, excited and elicited a response from the consumer. I was the creative lead of a team with more than $15,000,000 in yearly billings.


Bridge Worldwide • 2009–Sep 2011

I was the team lead of the digital AOR for several of P&G's personal healthcare brands including Vicks NyQuil and DayQuil, VapoRub, Pepto-Bismol,  Metamucil, and Align. I was responsible for the strategic vision and day-to-day excellence of a team with more than $4,000,000 in yearly billings.


Willow Creative Group • 2007–2009

As the creative team lead for this boutique agency, I was responsible for ensuring the excellence and effectiveness of all visual and written communication materials. I owned all client relationships and helped create and teach our brand-building process.


Bridge Worldwide • Jul 2004–Nov 2007

I led a team of designers who created world-class work in a wide variety of media, including: interactive, print, broadcast, moving image and environmental design. I owned my department’s relationships with many key clients and helped grow my team's yearly revenue from $50,000 to more than $3,000,000 in less than one year.

I conceptualized, designed and managed production of brand identity, packaging, print, and interactive materials for all clients of this Nashville-based destination marketing company. I also created, developed and maintained the company website.

• Senior Production Manager: Created photo illustrations, retouched and revised digital photography, and built and prepared files for print.
